Meridian BI is a specialist project controls and performance reporting practice built for Australia’s resource, energy, and infrastructure sectors. Where others advise from the outside, we work embedded — taking real ownership of the schedule, the records, and the reporting from project inception through delivery.

Our track record spans Australia’s most demanding project environments — from BHP’s Olympic Dam underground to Santos’s Moomba gas plant, from Newcrest’s Lihir construction in PNG to Rio Tinto’s programme in Mongolia.
